French AMF fines investment firm and executives €210,000 for unauthorized activities and conflicts of interest

According to AFP, the Sanctions Commission of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) in a decision dated 21 July 2026 made public on 23 July imposed a total of €210,000 in fines on the investment advisory firm Financière Fonds Privés (€100,000) as well as its president Pierre-Michel Deléglise (€70,000) and its chief executive officer Thierry de Chambure (€40,000).
